Where shading and also, it may be more natural for the lines in the skirt to go all the way up to the sweater. If those are clothe folds then the bottom of the skirt should t really be straight, the folds would make the line sorta zigzag like ya know? Because of this your drawing right now looks very flat and 2d.

10/10 cute asf. Amazing colour scheme, lineart is great. Lots of line weight in the right places. Pose is dynamic and builds character. The solid colour background is a contrast to the very well shaded character, making for a piece that is easy on the eyes. Bright colours with a complementary colour scheme make it so my eyes aren’t bleeding but it’s still fun and colourful! I can tell this artist is well educated in colour theory.
